• - As a Member of Parliamentary delegation he visited Australia, Indonesia and South Korea from 09th to 24th September, 2011 on International best Practices on Anti Corruption Commission.
• - As a leader of Parliamentary delegation he visited India and Srilanka on Contempt of Courts Act and other issues related to Good Governance from 8th - 14th April,2012.
• - As a Member of Parliamentary delegation he visited America, Denmark, Sweden, Geneva, Italy, Nepal and Cambodia.

Role in Liberation War:

• - He is valiant a Freedom Fighter who fought against the Pakistan Army in Sector 11 during the Liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971. He was a reputed organizer of Freedom Fighting too.
• - He contributed much in creating public opinion in favor of Liberation war in abroad.

Social and Cultural Activities:

• - Founding Secretary of Gaibandha Law College from 1979 to 86.
• - Elected Secretary of Gaibandha BAR from 1978-79.
• - Chairperson, Bangladesh Association for Voluntary Sterilization (BAVS), Gaibandha from 1980 to 81.
• - Elected member of Gaibandha Women College Governing body from 1978 to 81.
• - Life time member of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.
• - Founder President of Hamidunnesa Girls School.
• - Founder of F.R Girls High School at Kalir Bajar under Fulchari Upazila, Gaibandha.
• -Founder of Arif Rabbi Polytechnic Institute at Saghata, Gaibandha.
• - Chairperson of the Governing Body of various schools and colleges for several times.
• - Founded a good number of Schools, Colleges and Madrasas in his own constituency.
• - First elected Secretary of Shilpokola Academy, Gaibandha.
• - Joint Secretary of Tennis Association.

Special Interests:

• - Reading books, playing Tennis, Carom board, traveling and watching foot ball matches are his hobbies.
• - In school life he has been awarded many prizes for his excellent performance on reciting and acting.
• - He was the district champion for Tennis also.
